I like ‘Any Dream Will Do’! True, it’s not as fast paced as some of it’s ITV rivals, but that’s no bad thing. Instead of focussing on the contestants who can’t sing, we get to see the people who can. Some of them are also pretty good-looking - which is never a bad thing! The only low point was the ’scary girlfriend’ moment - it smacked a little too much of ITV’s tabloid style for my liking.

Another thing I like about the show is Graham Norton’s involvement… he’s seems in his element and his witty voiceover makes the show a lot more lively. And despite his sarcastic humour he’s not too mean to the contestants, comforting them when the judges give them a slating. Go Graham!

So let’s wait and see what ITV can pull out of the bag with ‘Grease is the Word’ this weekend… but I for one won’t be deserting Joseph any time soon!
